Theresa's Signature Coaching Technique:

The 'One Shot'

Is this your situation?

· Not looking for long-term coaching?

· Wrestling with a key issue and need help making a decision?

· Want an objective point of view on a single matter?


Many times, we run up against an issue, and it would be helpful to discuss it with someone. But it would be better if that someone did not know all our friends, family or colleagues. A person who is a good listener, takes in all the facts, is honest in her assessment, discusses strategies to address the issue and outlines a plan for what to do. That’s what the One Shot is all about. 


We begin with a brief introduction via phone or email, your choice. 


Then you outline the matter via email, we schedule a 90-minute phone call to discuss strategies and I lay out a plan for your next steps. 


We set a date for a 30-minute follow-up session a month later for any questions you may have.
