Patient Advocate Foundation is a national non-profit organization that serves as an active liaison between the patient and their insurer, employer and/or creditors to resolve insurance, job retention and/or debt crisis matters relative to their diagnosis through case managers, doctors and attorneys. PAF patient services offers one-on-one assistance from a professional case manager to help patients, caregivers or providers resolve health-care access and financial issues. Case managers are available to assist patients who have a diagnosis of a chronic, debilitating and/or life-threatening disease.
